When will my order arrive?
We want your new favorite fit to arrive ASAP. Most orders arrive within 7-14 days of purchase however, occasionally exceptions will occur. If your order has taken longer than this, please give us a shout at info@paradiseandmain.com.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not accept returns. However, if your piece is damaged during the shipping process or arrives in less than perfect condition please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order and include any images of the damage and box/mailer your order arrived in.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, order cancellations or changes after checking out are not possible due to our quick turnaround — as soon as your order is received, the fulfillment process begins. Please make sure that you are ordering the right size and color as well as providing us with an accurate shipping address.
My order was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it.
1) Double check the shipping address you provided during checkout to make sure it’s correct.
2) Ask your neighbors or building management if they received your package by accident.
3) Sometimes packages are prematurely marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier and may still arrive. Give it a few days.
4) If it’s been 3 days since your package was marked delivered and you still can’t locate it, please contact our support team with your name and order number so we can assist you further.
I have an issue with my order, who can I contact?
Please contact our customer support team (info@paradiseandmain.com) with your name and order number and we will get you taken care of within 48 business hours. Please be sure to keep all original shipping materials (including the exterior shipping box/mailer).
